Remi van Herpen

Welcome to my portfolio blog.
Let me introduce myself, my name is Remi van Herpen and I am a Dutch student at the HKU, Image Media Technology.
Before HKU, I studied spatial design, at the Rooi Pannen, the Netherlands.

I focused myself on fields such as, advertising, shopwindow dressing, designing stands for fairs. I spend my third year doing 2 internships. Confetti advertisement bureau focused on building stands for fairs, decors, interiors. 100% Ontwerpen advertisement bureau focused on a completely different field: graphic design, also the owner of 100% Ontwerpen works close with CCCP an advertisement bureau focused on filming documentaries and other short films.

After this studie I went to University of Lincoln were I studied Animation. It was a great experience. I understanded the power of animation, and video manipulation. But after my first education I have the urge to combine phiscical and digital elements into new artistic objects/installations. Therefor I went to the HKU to studie Image Media and Technology.
